Shipping Information

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ship-to address, please confirm the address is correct and includes an apartment or building number that may be needed.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Orders take 4-8 days on average to deliver once shipped, but is based on the shipping method and carrier selected. Due to our high volume of orders, please allow for a handling time of 5-7 business days before your package is shipped.

Shipping methods: UPS or USPS

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING: We ship to all countries, in the case of a specific country having shipping issues due to COVID-19, we will reach out and offer alternative shipping methods.

Customs charges may apply for international orders, we have no ability to prepay import duties, taxes, or charges that are not included in the order cost on our website; each country has different tax rates and will vary based on where the package is being delivered. We do not hold any responsibility to pay for these import duties, taxes, or other international shipping-related fees and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
