SHIPPING

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your shipping details. Please review your shipping address carefully and make sure any apartment, suite, or building number is included.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed by 12:00 PM PT, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

During product launches, promotions, and holiday periods, processing times may occasionally be extended.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping method, destination, and carrier.

Shipping carriers may include UPS and USPS.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other carrier delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally to most countries.

International orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks after shipment, depending on the destination, shipping method, customs processing, and carrier.

Shipping carriers may include UPS, DHL, and USPS.

Any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other destination-country charges will be calculated at checkout and included in your order total.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please confirm that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Fresh Love is not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

If a package is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

DELAYED OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property and with neighbors and allow 2 business days, as carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered early.

If your package still has not arrived, contact orders@freshloveclothing.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
